One ring per beat. Thread it, or your stability drops.

PHOTON is a rhythm aim game in a neon tunnel. Every beat, one glowing ring spawns somewhere ahead of you. Thread it. Red rings and laser sweeps do the opposite — touch one and you take the hit. The bar in the top left is called STABILITY, and it is both your health and your combo meter: clean beats fill it, misses drain it.

Your photon follows the mouse instantly. No smoothing, no easing, no magnetism — nothing moves it except you. On touch you drag; on a keyboard you steer with the arrow keys. SPACE or a click on the beat triggers a pulse dash.

What's in it

  • 14 tracks, 100 to 155 BPM. First Light, Ion Drift, Neon Vein, Trance Gate, Pulse Chamber, Acid Halo, Event Horizon, Stargate 90X, Hyperloop, Aurora Rush, Neon Nirvana, Photon Storm, Godspeed, Singularity. You start with the first one and unlock your way up.
  • The music is built in four layers — bass, arp, lead, pad — and you can watch them stack in the corner while you play.
  • No-fail mode if you just want to fly. Your grade is capped, but nothing kicks you out.
  • Runs in the tab. No download, no install, no account.

It plays like an aim trainer that happens to be set to trance. If you have spent time in osu! or Kovaak's, the controls will feel immediately familiar.
